services for oily skin

If you have oily skin, you know the struggle—constant shine, clogged pores, and a never-ending battle with breakouts. Thankfully, as always, we got you covered and can offer you advanced treatments specifically designed to regulate oil production and improve your skin’s overall health.

So, unlike a regular spa experience (which don't get us wrong are also awesome as well), we can provide treatments that can be relaxing but also still address the issue at hand.  These aren’t your typical facials; they’re results-driven services that go beyond the surface. Whether you're dealing with persistent acne or just want a more balanced complexion, we are positive there is something service wise we can do here to help your skin flourish!

One of our clients most favorite treatments for oily skin is our HydraFacial. This multi-step service deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates the skin using a gentle suction tool that also infuses the skin with targeted serums. For those with oily or acne-prone skin, there are specific boosters that help control sebum and reduce inflammation. The treatment is non-invasive, painless, and leaves the skin looking clearer and feeling fresher—without the heavy residue and/or sticky feeling some traditional facials can leave behind.

Chemical peels are another highly recommended service for managing oily skin. Peels that include salicylic acid or glycolic acid help unclog pores, reduce blackheads, and speed up cell turnover. These ingredients are oil-soluble, meaning they penetrate deep into the skin to dissolve excess sebum and clear out buildup. When done regularly under professional supervision, chemical peels can drastically improve skin texture and reduce the frequency of breakouts.  The nice thing is we offer a couple different levels of peels at our spa and depending on your tolerance and downtime needs we can start slow and work our way up to our most intense peels!

Finally, consider laser or light-based therapies like LED blue light treatment or IPL (intense pulsed light) like our BBL that we have previously talked about. These both can target acne-causing bacteria and reduce inflammation without damaging the skin. Blue light therapy, in particular, is great for our oily patients skin because it helps to shrink oil glands over time, minimizing overall oil production. Combined with a good skincare routine, these treatments can help you achieve a more matte, even toned, and healthy complexion.
