Hydrafacial

Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic floor PT is a conservative approach to address impairments related to the pelvis/pelvic floor including weakness and pain.

Teeth Whitening

The sessions consist of 3 twenty-minute sessions. Your teeth will lighten up to 14 shades, with an average increase of 5-8 shades.

Our Cancellation Policy

CONSULTATIONS:

We are happy to provide each client with ONE free complimentary consultation, along with a future skin/treatment plan. Additional consultations may be booked if necessary for a fee of $50.

CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the high demand for appointments, as well as for the respect of all other clients, we require that you can at least 24 hours in advance. All cancellations under 24 hours will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.

HOW TO CANCEL:

If you are looking to cancel an upcoming appointment, please call us at 234-208-6867 or send us an email at contact@modernvitalitymedicalspa.com.

NO SHOW POLICY:

If a customer does not show up to their appointment without canceling, there will be a "No-Show" fee charged at $50. We will also require that you make a $50 deposit towards any of your future services. After the first no-show occurrence, the customer must prepay for all services in advance.
